Lost Malwarebytes

Hi I recently bought Malwarebytes anti-malware pro, [December 2nd 2013] and have had since had a problem with my comupter. My computer tech has done a reload of windows however there is a lot of info lost. One of the things lost is most of my emails but also my Malwarebytes pro. Is it possible to re-install it? I can't find my registration keys either. Regards Peter

Yes, it's no trouble to reinstall it.

You just need to download the installer from >>HERE<< (or one of the other mirror sites that are listed >>HERE<<) and then activate it with your ID & key.

 

As far as the license ID & key, if you originally purchased online, they would have been in an email from the reseller, cleverbridge.

If you didn't save a printed copy of that email or cannot locate it, you can contact cleverbridge, and they will look it up for you.

OTOH, if you purchased MBAM PRO on boxed CD, the license ID/key will be somewhere in the box (CD sleeve or a card).

You'd still want to install from a download (as above), rather than the CD; but you would use the license ID/key from the box to activate the PRO features.

 

Until then, you can use the free, 14-day trial of MBAM PRO, while you sort out the licensing situation.
