I have used MalwareBytes free for several years.  Just got a new computer (Win7 64 bit), and bought the Pro version and put in the registration info.  Everything worked fine.

However, when looking at SysInternals Process Explorer, all 3 programs associated with MalwareBytes (mbamgui.exe, mbamscheduler.exe, and mbamservice.exe) are listed as 32 bit programs.

Do I need to reinstall, and if I do will all my registration information still work?

If you installed the latest version of Malwarebytes which is currently 1.75.0.1300 then you have the correct one installed. The installer is the same whether you are on a 32bit or 64bit operating system. If you have a 64bit system it will use the correct drivers for detection and removal.
