Computer shut down and won't restart after trying to remove 2 threats

I haven't used an antivirus/malware detector for a year since i got my computer. Recently, I decided to check with malwarebytes and after trying to remove the issue detected, the computer restarted and came back with a black screen. I was wondering if someone could please help me. I am very scared about this. Thank you.

the threat that I tried to remove was "Trojan.BitcoinMiner"
