Assuming a reboot did not resolve the issue, let's try this first -- please use Method 1 here: MBAM Clean Removal Process.

(Be sure to reboot when asked, after running mbam-clean.)

Also, you might want to set mutual exclusions between MBAM PRO and you antivirus -- let us know if you need help with that.

 

Then, please post back and let us know if that resolved your issue.

If not, we'll go from there - we'll likely need to collect some basic system logs for the staff to review in order to better advise you.
