We utilize AD and GP's for our end user desktops, MBAM thinks they are malicious keys. I figured the MSP version would be aware of this, however that's not the case. Is there a way around this issue?

We detect here as PUM, which means, Potentially Unwanted Modification. This doesn't mean it's necessarily malicious.

The reason why we detect this is because a lot of malware set these policies as well, so mbam cannot know here if it's set by malware or the user (hence the PUM)

If you are aware of these, then you can add these to the ignore list, or alternatively, you can set to not detect PUM in the scanner settings, so mbam won't list these.
