Can't scan an individual file?

I just updated to PRO 1.75.

 

I go to a file, right mouse, see ability to use MalwareBytes to scan a file, click on it and NOTHING.

 

What's wrong with my software I just purchased.

 

Any and all help will be appreciated.

Did you already have MBAM installed, or is it a brand new install?  If it is not brand new, have you tried rebooting your computer first?

I had the free one already in stalled, I'll try a reboot now.

After reboot still no good.  I have the software on a XP machine with administrator rights.

 

Some one told me this function worked a long time ago but not now - at least for me that is.

After reading this I have a feeling that my main anti-virus software I want to keep will have to keep a back seat to get this function of your software to work.  It's Symantec Endpoint Protection.

Did you try the clean removal process suggested by AdvancedSetup?

P.S. Several of our forum volunteers run SEP with MBAM PRO, albeit on a different version of Windows. So that shouldn't be a problem, per se.
