Issue with PCAnalysis.net

Lately I have been having issue with a pop-up 'PCanalysis.net'. I have run scans with Malwarebytes, but there is no change. I am open to any suggestions.

 

On another note...I am still using a machine with Windows Vista. Last May, I installed an update for Norton and immediately after rebooting many of the programs would not function. I spent many hours with Norton techs trying to resolve the issue, although the computer functions, it does not run many of the programs it once did. Any help here would be appreciated. The update was done on May 7th, 2013.
