First off I am new to Malwarebytes and I am really impressed with the tech support this company has given me. The best I have ever seen.

I did scans with the Malwarebytes Pro and it really helped get most of my 3 computers back.

I am having a problem re-installing ITunes and their message boards suggested I run a scan with malewarebytes. Here was my response on their board:

I have malwarebytes and have run a full scan. I then removed ITunes and all the other apple programs just to start over from scratch. While downloading ITunes again I got the Conduit Search back and then ran another Malwarebytes quick scan to remove that.  After I tried to download ITunes again from Apple.Com ITunes downloader at their site it tries to redirect me to WWW.Descargar.ed/en/?p=US-ADVERTISER&affid=63574-99bf3106-c83d-40ba

and on and on. To long to want to type in the whole thing. If you need to see the whole addy thing I will copy and paste it.

I am gun shy at this point and don't trust anything as I have been fighting virus's for a week and relly want my music back.

Any help is appreciated

Don

They suggested that I ask you guys here on the malewarebytes message community so here I am. Anyone got any ideas why I am having these redirect problems. Should I run another full system scan and see if something else is still screwing with my computer?

Thanks for any help

Don

Hello and Welcome to Malwarebytes

Well I guess the best course of action is to make sure your computer is free of all malware before we get started with trouble shooting any thing else. Lets start with that first and go from there. To do that follow the instructions below...

Being that you are probably infected, feel free to follow the instructions below to receive free, one-on-one expert assistance in checking your system and clearing out any infections and correcting any damage done by the malware.

Please see the following pinned topic which has information on how to get help with this: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers

Thank you
