You're not falling Adwcleaner.exe. Since I've gotten it off his website, I find it unlikely it's compromised. Attached is the logs, though the only useful lines are:

Files Detected: 1

C:\Users\abest\Desktop\adwcleaner.exe (Trojan.Agent.AI) -> No action taken. [96499d61cab0a88e2b5aebb707fa916f]

Attached is the zip.

In addition, I find it completely asinine that I have to create an additional thread on the same subject

  1. It goes against the whole rest of the internet's usage case
  2. It fills this forum with redundant information

I now regret having bought multiple copies if I get harassed when I go looking for service. I take my time out to come support a product I paid for. It's your bug that's creating a false positive.

This should be fixed already. Please update and rescan.

If its still detected then please attach the adwcleaner file in the zip that is being detected.

The reason we like separate threads is its less confusing with each individual user And much easier to follow and solve the problem. A false positive can go many different ways. One def can hit mulitple files as was this case before we fixed it earlier.  In that particular instance we may not have the file  so would be very tough to duplicate on this end.
