I cannot run Malwarebytes Pro. I have attached a frstreport, and both my .dds screen and a combo fix report. I would appreciated any help that the kindly volunteers can provide. I have uninstalled MWB and tried to re-install but the "339 error comes up and terminates the install when I try to launch and update.

Ah.... the ieframe.dll issue is a bit different.   That one can sometimes prove difficult to fix for some users.

 

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.


Post your logs there in that other forum and when you're ready let me know and I'll assist you.
