Help with auto update

Hello,


 


Please, I am a registered user of MBAM 1.75 Pro and the software is not auto-updatading despite I have already sheduled for automatic update every 4 hours daily.


 


What can I do?


 


I am attaching a file with a log of my system.

First off it appears you have replied to a topic that is quite old, this is usually frowned on.... Usually its better to start your own topic as to not get it confused with the Original Posters topic.... That being said....

 

It appears that your Terminal Service is Disabled (this service is needed in order for Malwarebytes to work properly)

Please do the following.

Click on START and type in CMD.EXE and when it shows on the menu right click over it and choose "Run as administrator"
Then type in or copy/paste the following and then press the Enter key on the keyboard.

sc config termservice start= demand

(notice there is a space after the = sign)

Then restart the computer and see if you're able to enable the protection module now.
