PC Locks up while Scheduled or manual scan is running

We have one user that we know of that locks up most everyday while the sheduled scan is running. It locks up to the point he needs to take it down hard. We have seen it also on manuel scans. It doesnt happen everyday, but at least 7 out of 10 times.

Is there anything else special running on this system compared to your other systems?

 

Have you added exclusions for Malwarebytes in your Antivirus, and vice versa?

If adding the exclusions doesn't work, we may need to grab some logs from the PC having this issue.
