After suppressing threats windows 8.1 crashed on restart

hi everyone,
I wanted to help my mother clean her new asus T 100 TA, so I did a full scan with MBAM, and found 43 threats.
I trustly removed all of them, as I use MBAM for several years on my XP laptop.
But my mother's PC did not restart, instead I had to go through a long (about 45 minutes) reinitializing process.
No data were lost, except for installed software...gone.
Can you tell me which one of those "threats" were critical (if suppressed) for windows 8.1 stability ?

Unsure what happened here. Nothing displayed in the log should have caused this. There wasn't anything critical either that was removed.

We will be investigating this further.
