malicious website blocking question

I was wondering if their is a way for me to identify what is outgoing to a certain same ip address every time I restart my pc, I included a link to a pic of the log.

Could you please attach the actual protection log (txt file), or  (even better) please copy/paste its contents directly into your next reply?

In Windows XP, these logs are located in: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs
In Windows Vista/7/8, these logs are located in: C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs
