  • Log from Malwarebytes 2.19.14

I have had many problems in sending out news letters to groups and also my password with Comcast has been many attempts to compromise it.  I have to change it 2-3 times a month.  I had an IT person with Comcast inspect my hard drive and found up to 12 attempts to invade and wreck havoc.  I have had numerous problems sending to groups and Comcast some were marked as Spam and even stated they contained pornographic material.  I have never been to any porn site in my life, in fact I am totally against it.

I use Vipre as my Antivirus program.

He informed me that these come from FaceBook, Twitter, Adobe Flash links and other emails.

Many times my own email comes back to my junk folder.  I have tried everything and cannot fix this.

The IT guy said these Trojan viruses were in my computer;

Zues

Koobface

Rundell 32

And several others.  So far, I have downloaded Vipre Rescue and ran it, but did not see any specific program.  My son has used Malwarebytes and had good results with the Forum so I am asking for help.

I copied the log after running deep scan using Malwarebytes Anti-Virus and am attaching a copy of the log.  It does not show any major viruses.  I have been told that these are so insidious and sophisticated that it requires a sophisticated program to find and destroy them so that is why I am writing to you for help.

I am afraid to send any group emails out and worried my emails may have infected recipients.  Also, should I delete past emails received.

Thank you and looking forward for help in the serious matter.

Taylor
