This file continues to show up even after I use adware cleaner to uninstall it

So, I've been using many different tools such as malwarebytes, adware cleaner, eset, Hitman Proto, etc to delete malware from my infected computer. I have cleared al least like 95% of malware or more. Yet , when I use adware cleaner, it detects nothing except for C:\Users\harr\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\preferences in Google Chrome. Is this a malware???
