Cannot access 173.255.229.143 or related sites

Malwarebytes is blocking www.randi.org, which is a legitimate site. It even blocks the ping command, and I tried some similar IPs to see if they would ping (when MBAM blocks it, ping gives a "General failure" message). www.randi.org is 173.255.229.143, so I tried pinging 173.255.229.142, and then 173.255.229.0, and got general failures on them also. Perhaps the site really has been compromised. It wouldn't surprise me, since there are a lot of nutjobs who hate James Randi's attempt to expose charlatans.
