I have a dedicated IP and we haven't had any problems that would cause us from being blocked. Please see the screenshot below that shows what my customer saw (blocked 66.228.57.117 when trying to access with chrome it seems): http://cl.ly/image/2Z2J19171c39 Please let me know if there's anything else that you need to unblock.
