is NVAPIIF.DLL a false postive?

I have run previous scans with MalwareBytes and it did not detect this file as a trojan. I mostly use it to adjust the fan speed to decrease noise when I am not straining the cpu/gpu. I have included the log file and the file in question (NVAPIIF.DLL). The .exe used to install this program can be found at http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?cat=Download&os=Win764&Model=X58 Deluxe.
