Help with IP blocking please

I'm also having this problem starting today.  I have access to the internet, but the warning keeps coming up blocking several different sites

 

5.45.64.145

5.45.64.145

5.45.65.190

5.45.67.216

 

Just to name a few.  I can't figure out how to get rid of this problem

Those are actually very different IPs from the ones that the OP reported.

 

However, the advice is the same - I would suggest that you please follow the advice from AdvancedSetup in his original reply >>HERE<<.
