Okay attached is the zip of the program

PUP or Hacktool. 

Both are righteous detection names although "Hacktool" is more apropos based upon the fact they are standalone utilities that require no formal installation process and it is indicative of their functionality. 

 

Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) is more apropos for something that does have a formal installation process.

One must realize that the detection is not because the files are malicious. 

They are flagged on the basis they can be used maliciously.
