Unable to enable malicious website blocking

I just bought malwarebytes pro and am unable to click on the 'enable malicious website blocking' feature. As per some prior forums I read on this site, I tried to include the information you need to help a poor sap like me. I am using Windows Vista. Thanks in advance for your time!
