Hi, I messaged your help/support desk yesterday morning and still haven't received a response so thought I would come here.

 

I had to install a new Hard Drive on my computer and re-installed Malwarebytes.  It seems I have lost my key information in order to activate my lifetime license.

 

Is it normal that I would need to wait this long to get a response?

 

Can you help me?

when you get the email Print it out

Malwarebytes Tech support does not have any access to, nor information pertaining to any sales\shipping\user account\registration issues.
