Hello and welcome to Malwarebytes.

I am MoNsTeReNeRgY22 and I will be assisting you with your computer problem today.

In the meantime, here are a few things to take note of before we begin.

  • If you are a paying customer, you have the privilege to contact the help desk at Consumer Support. If you choose this option to get help, please let me know.
  • In the upper right hand corner of this topic there is a button labeled Follow this topic. Please click this button, make sure Receive notification is checked, and Instantly is selected from the drop down menu. Then click Follow this topic to ensure you are notified when I reply.
  • The fixes that I post are specific to your problem and should only be used on this machine.
  • The process is not instant so I highly recommend you follow my directions until I tell you your machine is clean. An absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
  • Please do not attach any log files to your replies unless I specifically ask you. Instead please copy and paste the logs into your reply.
  • Please read all of my response through at least once before attempting any of the instructions I give you. I would recommend printing them out, if you can, as you can check off each step as you complete it. If there's anything you don't understand or isn't totally clear, please come back to me for clarification before you proceed
  • Please click the Post button when you are ready to post.
excl.gifLast word of advice before we beginexcl.gif

Please be aware that removing Malware is a potentially hazardous undertaking. I will take care not to knowingly suggest courses of action that might damage your computer. However it is impossible for me to foresee all interactions that may happen between the software on your computer and those we'll use to clear you of infection, and I cannot guarantee the safety of your system. It is possible that we might encounter situations where the only recourse is to re-format and re-install your operating system, or to necessitate you taking your computer to a repair shop.

Because of this, I highly recommend you make sure any important files on your computer are backed up externally.

If you are still in need of assistance, please run DDS again and post the logs. Please Copy & Paste the contents of DDS.txt and Attach.txt in your next reply. You can ignore the note about zipping the Attach.txt file.
