sfries Posted February 4, 2014 ID:786837 Share Posted February 4, 2014 Last week I downloaded maleware bytes because there was something on my computer screwing with websites such as not loading pictures or comments on youtube, just random stuff. i did a full scan and there were about 187 threats detected I think I ended up just clicking select all and then removing them. now on my computer alone I am not ale to connect to the internet. The problem is not persistent though there are 20 minute windows about 5 times a day where i can access the internet. The wifi says it is connected and shows 5 bars but when in network adapter settings and i check the status it says for IPv4 and IPv6 Not connected which seems weird. I then tried connecting the laptop to the router/modem through Ethernet and I still could not connect. I have no clue what is happening. The sooner I get help the better , thanks.
