Lawsuit against adware/malware distributor

Hello everyone,

 

 

I downloaded an application and installed it and afterwards my computer was infected with illegal malware and adware. The distributor is Evaldas Morkūnas (according to the application details and I did some research online) from lithuania. I also gathered a lot of information about him and he's also encouraging other users to spread adware and is pretty much a big fish in this business.

 

So what can I do? Is it possible to sue him?
