Hello and :welcome: :

Those detections are are PUPs..
 PUP = Potentially Unwanted Program

This KB topic explains what they are AND how to decide whether to delete them or keep/ignore them: What are the 'PUP' detections, are they threats and should they be deleted?

The default action for PUP detections is 'Show in results list and do not check for removal."

In your log, it appears that you did not check the items for removal: "Aucune action effectuée" (No Action Taken) ;)

If you want Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to remove these PUP detections reported after a scan, each item must be checked.

  • To do so quickly, you can highlight one of the detections by left clicking on it.
  • Then, right click on the highlighted detection, and select 'Check All Items'.
  • Next, click 'Remove Selected'. That should address the PUP entries.

If you want to keep/ignore the PUP detections, because they are familiar to you and you use them, you can add them to the Ignore List.

If you want to edit the way PUP detections are reported and handled, you can edit the MBAM settings, as described below:

  • Open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, click the 'Settings' tab.
  • Click the 'Scanner Settings' tab
  • Click the menu bar for each and select one of the following options: "Do not show results in list", "Show in results list and check for removal", or "Show in results list and do not check for removal".
  • When done, click the 'Exit' button

These are also explained in this recent blog post: http://blog.malwarebytes.org/news/2013/09/selecting-all-pups/

>>Having said all that, some of those PUPs (Conduit, in particular) can be quite hard to fully remove and may require additional tools.
So, for expert assistance, I would suggest that you please follow the recommendations in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process.

Thanks,

Hello Spam Hunters,

The problem i have is that when it detects these 6 [PUPs ]then i select them and click "Remove Selected" the software stops working (bugs) then Windows says that the program not responding.

I think the Malwarebytes has a problem with another software, maybe with these programs : "Advanced System Optimizer" or "Advanced SystemCare"

Thank you for your clear reply.

Cordially.

No, it has a problem with the advertising delivery content built into Advanced System Care products.

In order to not have this issue, either 1) uninstall Advanced System care first and reboot, then run the MBAM scan again, or 2) Use the last link provided daeldoc to have a professional assist you in the cleanup in the malware forums.

HI, again:

The company behind this product was found to be stealing the MBAM database.
Personally I would not trust installing any software from a company that resorts to stealing someone's technology to sell their product.
Please see the following links and make up your own mind if you want to keep this on your system. If needed we can help you remove it.

I would suggest following John L. Galt's expert advice.
As far as Advanced System Optimizer, such programs often cause more harm than good: Do I need a Windows Registry Cleaner?

BOTTOM LINE: If you still need help with cleaning the PUPs and any other malware/adware/junkware on your system (or with removing the "system cleaners"), I would suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers
The expert help is free and will only cost you a bit of your time.

Cheers,

What's interesting is that when they were first on the scene they advertised they were from China. Now you can search high and low and pretty hard to tell they're from China - not sure why they try to hide that fact. We already buy so much product from there its not funny.
