Back to back scans keeps identifing same PUPs. Is this normal?

Hi, after doing multiple scans, it seems the same items keep getting detected - (70 pups)

I check all to remove & restart. Scanning again yield the same results.

So I'm never sure if these item are actually being removed or safely in quarantine.

Am I doing something wrong here?
