Unnecessary Processes; Services; Programs

Recommended Posts

I understand that eliminating unnecessary processes will speed up my laptop.

I also know how to find a list of the processes that are currently running on my laptop.

My question is how do I (as a computer novice) know which specific processes on my laptop are in fact unnecessary?

How can I find this out since I am afraid of disabling a necessary process?

Thank you.
