Malwarebytes blocks my site

Why is this happening?

these sites are our web shops.

 

Please review and unblock it urgently, because this is software is causing loss of traffic in our shops.

To me it looks like it is because you are using the hosting; voxility. Which was measly found by resolving the IP address you posted.

If you take a look into voxility it is a server provider which you are using for your hosting.

http://www.voxility.com/shop/hosting/server

The IP is flagged due to the reason (I'm assuming) that you are using a shared host, multiple people are using the same IP and there has been a report of some sort of malware under that IP, mbam has blocked it for security precautions.

And on top of my post above, it is a confirmed proxy server, many people are running their connections though that attempting to be anonymous, hope I could help.

yes, we use voxility, but this IP address belongs to my private VPS and only my VPS (other servers are under this subnet, but this IP is reserved only for my server)

and also, I can't figure out why is my server a proxy server... I never used it like this.

 

I hope we can find the exact root cause of my problem.
