Hi Borislav,

 

I have last night completed the full scan using my current anti-virus and also ran HijackThis (as I had seen you advising to others on some other threads). The infection is on my mom's computer (who lives elsewhere). I will download MBAM and collect the logs tommorrow. By the way, do you see anything wrong with below line:

 

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [bcue] rundll32 "C:\Users\babu1982\AppData\Roaming\wiatracev.dll",IJLKHYSI

 

I have no clue what wiatracev.dll is.

Sorry, I should have updated this forum. I was able to resolve this problem, all the systems seem to be gone and my computer works fine (from last 2 days). I will keep an eye on it though. So for the time being this issue can be considered closed from my side. Thank you for all the support and keep up the good work.
