PUP removal

I have four of the payed for Malwarebytes installed on our computers.  On one desktop, I have removed  6  PUP.optional a....viruses only to have one recur after  1 or 2 minutes of operation and always upon shutdown and reboot.. That is:  The virus is still recuring no matter how many times I remove it using Malwarebytes.  

 

I have tried the following - full scan - took two hours, Flash, and quick scan - nothing works - any ideas would be helpful.  Thanks, Michael
