My name is Fernando Gil and I will be assisting you today. Can you tell me if this issue is occurring during a Malwarebytes scan? Please try disabling RealTime Protection to see if the issue persists. Click on the settings menu in the top right corner of the app (identified by 3 dots). Click the settings option and uncheck the Real Time Protection box. Test the issue and let me know if it still persists.

 

Also what resource did you use to download Malwarebytes Mobile? Has your device been modified at all, or are you using the standard ROM? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

 

Once I hear back from you, I can report the issues to our development team for further investigation.
