Infected Computer - can't install malwarebytes

Hello,

 

I got an infected computer. 

 

Why do I think I have an infected computer?

- I can't install mallwarebytes

- - - Error 183: can't create file that allready excist.

- I can't install manual update mallwarebytes

- - - Error 183: can't create file that allready excist.

- my contextmenu in explorer makes explorer crash (this might have nothing to do with it)

- somehow the security settings of the malwarebytes folder have been changed.

 

I have allready tried:

- malwarebytes cleanup removal tool
