CAN'T OPEN/INSTALL MBAM SETUP AT ALL. HELP!

Hi all!

 

I tried to uninstall a program earlier but I think I may have gotten affected with a spyware because it wouldn't allow me to uninstall, with a message popping out, "Error in launching installer."

 

Then I downloaded the latest free trial version of the Malwarebytes but I couldn't install it at all. I've also downloaded other antivirus setups like Norton 360 but they all wouldn't open with a message stating, "Unable to execute file in the temporary directory. Setup aborted. Error 5: Access is denied."

 

Please help!!!!!
