sangelo Posted January 22, 2014 ID:781235 Share Posted January 22, 2014 im having a problem similar to this if anyone could help me?!? i can use malwarebytes to scan it and when i try to remove it all afterwords it stops working and shuts itself down. ive tried it 3 different times and after waiting about an hour each time for it to finish scanning it just shuts itself down. do you have any suggestions of what would be going wrong? please & thank you! Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted January 22, 2014 Root Admin ID:781247 Share Posted January 22, 2014 Hello and Please run the following scanner and send back the logs.Download DDS from one of the locations below and save to your Desktopdds.scrdds.comTemporarily disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus, Firewall And Anti-malware ProgramsOnce downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.Then double click dds.scr or dds.com to run the tool.Click the Run button if prompted with an Open File - Security Warning dialog box.A black DOS console should open and run for a moment.When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:DDS.txtAttach.txtSave both reports to your desktopPlease include the following logs in your next reply as an attachment: DDS.txt and Attach.txtYou can ignore the note about zipping the Attach.txt file and just post it or attach it.
