Possible false positive related to Steam

Greetings,

 

Everytime I open Steam, MBAM blocks this IP adress: 88.86.119.233

 

I found out it as being a website hosted by ClanWars.cz

 

I would like to know why this IP adress is considered a threat, and why Steam has to connect to it.

 

I am asking this because this alert is very annoying and I'm thinking about setting it as a safe IP. But, before doing so, I prefer to know the reason why it has been blocked.
