Need help

Hi all thanks for taking the time to take a look at my post

 

today i started noticing a pop up from my malwarebytes saying that it blocked several things, this is the log file 

can any one help. 

 

i noticed some difference using my web browsers, sites like dropbox or facebook coming up with error unless i type out the full site (https://www.dropbox.com ) (dropbox.com - doesnt load i get error) or i would have to search and load it from google search.

IP blocks with torrents and other P2P programs are not unexpected, as explained here: Why does Malwarebytes Anti-Malware block BitTorrent or other Peer to Peer Clients?

 
However, if you are getting a lot of IP blocks of other processes, it could indicate infection.

I would suggest that you please follow the recommendations in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will assist you with looking into this issue and will guide you through the cleanup process, as needed.
