Outgoing outlook.exe blocked. Potentially malicious website 173.247.251.5

A few people here at my office are getting an error from Malwarebytes.  It's the same IP address as in the topic title.  It's being listed as a malicious website.   The website seems to be our email host's website.  I've run Malwarebytes scan, TDSSkiller scan, and CCleanup.  Still getting the error.

This isn't an F/P I'm afraid. The IP is being used as a C&C for Ice IX. A report was sent to the host, I'm waiting for a reply.
