Hello and Help

Hi Everyone, I represent an international Company based out of Florida. I have been trying to purchase a corporate license and have E-mailed twice to the provided link they say they typically respond in 24 to 48 hours and its going on two weeks now. I would prefer to use malwarebytes as it does the job the best. Is there any other way to contact them/you. I hope this is not a representation of how customer support interacts with its clients. I'm hesitant now to continue trying and since this matter is time sensitive for me I need to find a solution soon, and will have to start looking at other options. Any help would be great. Thank you.
