Please download the correct version of SystemLook for your computer and save it to your desktop.
You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit

SystemLook 32-bit x86 | or | SystemLook 64-bit x64

  • If using Windows XP just double click on SystemLook.exe to run it.
  • For all other versions of Windows, right click over SystemLook.exe or SystemLook_x64.exe and choose Run as administrator to run it
  • Copy the contents of the following code box into the main text field - including the colon characters.
    :filefind*ESET*:folderfind*ESET*:regfindESET Online
  • Click the Look button to start the scan
  • When finished, a notepad window will open with the results of the scan. Please post this log in your next reply.
  • Note: The log can also be found on your Desktop named SystemLook.txt

Where do you actually see these entries? Can you take a better screen shot of the application and/or surrounding area so that I can see where this is showing for you. The logs only saw your C:\Users\User\Desktop\Eset.JPG file which is not what you're showing.

I did not review your other logs - your helper has already assisted you with that so you should be good to go.

I don't think there is any real issue but please go ahead and run a disk check and then the following Microsoft FixIt tool below.

Please run a Full Disk Check on your system drive. If needed here are some links on how to run a Disk Check.

On Windows 7 the disk check log is in the Event Logs under Application with a heading source of Wininit

How to Run Disk Check in Windows 7

How to Read the Event Viewer Log for Check Disk (chkdsk) in Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8

Then locate the entry for the disk check in your Event Logs and click on the little icon that looks like a book and to copy the entry and past it back here on your next reply.

Now go ahead and run this Search repair tool from Microsoft and when done reboot the computer again.

Thanks

Great it actually found quite a bit of problems but that looks like it was the basic check and not the full check.

A Full Check typically will take at least 10 minutes to run and can take hours for some computers.

From an elevated admin command prompt it's basically typing this in.

CHKDSK C: /R

Then press the Y key when it says the drive is locked and asks if you want to run the check during a restart.   Then press the Enter key and restart the computer for it to run.

That's okay for now though, what you ran is good enough.

Please run the following.

Please Run TFC by OldTimer to clear temporary files:

  • Download TFC from here and save it to your desktop.
  • Close any open programs and Internet browsers.
  • Double click TFC.exe to run it on XP (for Vista and Windows 7 right click and choose "Run as administrator") and once it opens click on the Start button on the lower left of the program to allow it to begin cleaning.
  • Please be patient as clearing out temp files may take a while.
  • Once it completes you may be prompted to restart your computer, please do so.
  • Once it's finished you may delete TFC.exe from your desktop or save it for later use for the cleaning of temporary files.
