MbamFix.bat did not work, still getting runtime and automations erros

Hi I ran the bat file as instructed in the FAQs

 

I got the following error messages.

The module "ssubtmr6.dll" was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005.

I believe you have followed/tried to follow the instructions found in this topic at point 15. Is this correct?

 

If you think your computer is infected please take a look at Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers. This topic explains how to get help from malware-removal experts. They have the knowledge and tool at their disposal to help you get rid of the infection. Please, do not try to fix it on your own as it may cause further harm. (And if it's an infection it doesn't sound like the one that is easily removed by non-experts anyway.)

 

If you don't think you are infected:

Could you tell us what you were trying to do with MBAM that caused the runtime errors to show?

Could you tell a bit more about you system?
Could you tell if you had similar problems with other programs?

 

Please note that I'm no expert in this field. I hope this post will either guide you to the right subforum or help you provide a bit more information as to help the experts understand your problem.
