192.x.x.x is a private address range so I wouldn't have thought there are any circumstances where it should be in Malwarebytes IP-Block database? I too have been getting 192.168.1.255 outgoing blocking primarily port 137 since database updated from version v2014.01.15.06 to version v2014.01.15.07.

Same thing here, popup every 30 seconds or so that IP 192.168.1.255 has been blocked on ports 137, 138, 8. Here's part of a log file with my computers name taken out.

 

There's a bunch more, but i just put a few lines in. The rest are all the same:

I just updated to the latest database and are not getting them anymore.
