FAQ for unblocking doesn't work

I have tried unblocking a webpage that I have used for years using the FAQ procedure but it doesn't work.  The FAQ says to right click the icon when the alert appears and an IP address will appear to click on to unblock the page.  When I click the icon I don't see any IP addresses.  What am I doing wrong?

When I try it, it works like in the picture. Does this help you out?

If it doesn't could you add a detailed description of what you see and do. (consider adding screenshots to your post.)
