For a better explanation on what shared hosting is, please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shared_web_hosting_service If you go ahead and upgrade to MBAM 2.0 that was just released today, you can easily add your particular website to the exclusion list and you'll still be protected from the malicious domains that share your website's IP address but will be able to fully use your own website.
