Hope someone can help me out here.

I have this slow scanning problem (even in quick scan) and it goes as stop start thingy. Takes ages to move on. Doesn’t finish in less than an hour. The real time clock and file transfer keeps on freezing.

I’ve tried going offline, disabling my Norton, clearing everything in history But no luck at all.

I’ve tried uninstalling and re installing several times. Used different folder to save the programmes and yet this thing goes on.

Sometimes the banner goes white and it comes back.

If QUICK scan takes so long, there is no chance I could do a full scan in good time.

I’m on Win XP SP3.

Please advise.
