Rogue threats in quarantine

I was just wondering if somebody could help me out, in the quarantine section in malwarebytes I have three quarantined rogue threats, I was just wondering do I leave them in quarantine or can I just delete them, I believe they might be that conflictor virus. Thank you very much for your help
