Something is going on - Lag / Mouse Freezes / Internet Lags / Programs Lag

Hello, 

 

I'm not too good with this stuff so please forgive me. I'm also not too familiar with the long term history of this computer, but it's mine now and mine to fix I guess. There is something funky going on where sometimes i go through periods of lagging. It can be the mouse, internet, programs, images loading etc... just basic lag throughout, and as of the last week it is happening each time i use the computer (once a day) before getting frustrated. 

 

May I ask for help in analysing my Hijackthis log, i have pasted it exactly as it came up below
