Utorrent, TORNTV Google Chrome Error

Hello, I am having a very difficult time removing the"Utorrent Extension has been added" on my Google Chrome Browser. Everytime I uninstall or reset my Google Chrome Browser, a message still appears saying that a Utorrent Extension has been added to my Google Chrome despite the fact that I have had Utorrent uninstalled for quite a while already... Prior to this, I also get an error when I am on Piratebay that mentions a TornTv... I don't recall ever downloading this software. I went and uninstalled every malicious program I had in my program files and removed roaming appdata, but I still get these popups/errors. Anything else I can do? Thank you (I also attached the Torn TV error in a screenshot to clear a bit more about what I am talking about, thanks again!)
