Trojan.MSIL

I'm new to the forums, but not sure where to put my question.

I ran MB earlier and I found out I'm infected with the Trojan.MSIL. Panicked, I deleted it as soon as my scan is finished. I'm not sure if it's the real deal or just a false positive. I deleted the file after I rebooted it. MB didn't find any new virus within my system.

The Trojan.MSIL is attached to a program called comhost.exe, is that a really bad place to be infected? Strangely, this program is found in my Pictures folder, not within system32 files.

I attach the log below.

Thanks in advance for any help

It looks like you selected to delete that file. I doubt that was a false positive do to it being in the pictures folder.

You can go to the quarantine tab and restore it.

Then zip the file and attach it here and i will double check it.

You should scan in normal mode most of the time.

The only time you should do safe mode is if you cant get mbam to start.

I turned off my computer, and now it's all gone...I can't find anything from the quarantine. What should I do now that I deleted that file. Is my computer safe or is it still at risk?

Noted, will scan under normal mode next time.
